Our services are designed to provide practical guidance, individualized support, and strategies that can carry into everyday life.
ACS Collaborative is a private-pay practice and does not currently accept insurance.

A brief phone or virtual conversation to discuss your concerns, explore goals, and determine which service may be the best fit.
Neurodivergent Support Consultations
30-Minute Call – $60
60-Minute Call – $120
Individualized guidance for families navigating neurodivergence, including ADHD, autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences, or related concerns.
Consultations can help you better understand your child’s needs, identify practical next steps, and determine what types of support may be most helpful.
Parent & Professional Coaching
45-Minute Coaching Session | $95
Coaching provides practical, neurodivergent-affirming support for parents, caregivers, educators, and other professionals.
Sessions may focus on regulation, sensory needs, routines, transitions, participation, communication, or problem-solving around specific challenges.
The goal is to help the adults supporting a child feel more informed, confident, and equipped to use strategies in everyday life.
3 Sessions | $255
A reduced-rate option for families or professionals who would benefit from ongoing support.
Ongoing Support Membership | $60/month
Private messaging support for brief questions, strategy feedback, and check-ins between scheduled sessions.
School Advocacy and Support
IEP / 504 Preparation & Meeting Support | Individualized Pricing
Support for families navigating school systems, accommodations, Individualized Education Programs, and 504 plans.
Services may include:
- Meeting preparation
- Review of concerns and priorities
- Accommodation planning
- Advocacy guidance
- Collaboration with school teams
- Meeting participation when appropriate

Pediatric Occupational Therapy
Initial Evaluation
60 minutes + written summary | $275
A comprehensive evaluation designed to better understand your child’s strengths, challenges, sensory processing patterns, and functional skills.
The evaluation may include:
- Written summary and care plan
- Caregiver interview
- Clinical observation
- Play-based or functional activities
- Relevant assessments
- Individualized recommendations
Occupational Therapy Check-In
60 minutes | Starting at $100
Includes approximately 50 minutes of direct therapeutic support and 10 minutes of caregiver education.
Sessions are individualized and may use movement, play, sensory strategies, and functional activities to support areas such as:
- Regulation
- Primitive Reflex Integration
- Motor development
- Attention and executive functioning
- Daily routines
- School participation
- Functional independence
When appropriate, support may take place in natural environments to help strategies translate into everyday life.
Safe & Sound Protocol
Access fee | $500
Includes access to the Safe & Sound Protocol and up to 10 guided 30-minute support sessions.
Additional sessions may be available for an added fee based on individual needs.
